A fun late 1960s Pop Art dress!  Lightweight cotton blend in black, white, and red.  The print is a MOD text of the months of the year in French (do you see them?).  Classic shirtwaist styling with a button front bodice and full, pleated skirt.

NOTE: this lovely dress was photographed with a crinoline, not included.
